Documentation

This part of the CERIT-SC portal aims to introduce you all the specifics of accessing the CERIT-SC computing resources and applications..

Since most of our users have a previous experience with the MetaCentrum NGI (National Grid Infrastructure), the provided information supposes basic experience with job submissions via PBS/Torque scheduling systems. For more detailed (i.e., supposed) information, let us refer you to MetaCentrum site.

Important
If anything stated here won't work for you or if you just need an advice regarding anything not mentioned here, please, write an email to CERIT-SC support staff: support@cerit-sc.cz (Your email will create a ticket in the national e-infrastructure RT system (CERIT-SC queue), thanks to which you'll gain a detailed information about the process of resolution of your request/question).

To accelerate the execution of the issues, which are supposed to be caused by the MetaCentrum infrastructure resources (e.g., problems with the /storage volume, problems with modules' availability/configuration), please, direct your requests to the MetaCentrum technical support: meta@cesnet.cz (improperly assigned requests will be internally exchanged between the technical support teams).
