Research Data Management (RDM)
Would you like to acquire or expand your knowledge of research data management? As a key partner in developing the National Data Infrastructure, we offer expert training for researchers, doctoral candidates, data specialists, librarians, and research support staff.
TIP: Our courses and individual training sessions are aligned with the objectives of the Open Science III (P JAC) call for proposals and can be funded through education vouchers, which are an optional activity under this call.
Our training is currently available in two formats:
RDM in Practice: Advanced Course for Data Stewards

Suitable for individuals seeking a systematic overview of research data management.
Duration: 12 hours
Format: online
Price: 18,000 CZK*
* 1,000 CZK for employees and students of Masaryk University.
Description
This course offers a systematic overview of modern research data management and combines expert lectures with hands-on exercises. It is designed for advanced data stewards and research support staff who wish to expand their professional knowledge and skills. Suitable for research teams, faculties, institutes, or other organisations.

- full-day in person training = 22,000 CZK*
- half-day in person training = 14,000 CZK*
- online training = 2,800 CZK per hour
*Prices are valid for in person training within the Czech Republic. Training outside the Czech Republic is subject to individual arrangements.
Description
We tailor our private training sessions to the specific needs of your organization and the participants’ level of experience. We offer a variety of topics, ranging from an introduction to research data management and open science to specialized training focused on technologies used in research. Training sessions may include, for example, hands-on demonstrations of analytical tools, electronic laboratory notebooks, procedures for secure data sharing, software workflows, and technical solutions for reproducible science.
